Households on private wells are used to being asked for more than they would like — by testing services, by treatment salesmen, by anyone who has worked out that a well is a durable thing to know about an address. We are not in that business and this page explains why we cannot be.

The short of it

A private well is a fact about a property, and no facts about properties are kept here. There is no form anywhere on the site. A call carries a ZIP code, what the system is doing, and the number it came from.

PumpDepth is a referral service, not a contractor. We connect homeowners with independent contractors. Contractors are required to hold whatever credential their state or municipality demands. Every state page sets out who licenses plumbers there and where to check, so you can confirm before work begins. We carry out no work, we sell no equipment, we do not set prices, and we never charge homeowners anything — the contractors in our network pay us when we route them a call.

We hold no well records and want none

There is a market in knowing which addresses are on a private well rather than a municipal supply, because that fact does not change and it identifies a household that has to buy its own equipment. Some operations exist to assemble exactly that.

We do not. We keep no register of well locations, no depths, no test results and no address list. Nothing on this site is built from anybody’s well, and nothing you tell us about yours becomes a record of where it is.

What a call to us produces

A routing platform notes the number that dialed, the time, the duration and the area the call came from. The area is used once, to find a contractor who covers it, and then it has done its work.

There is no form on this website and no field to type in. If you never dial, we never learn anything at all.

Water quality is not our subject

If you mention a test result or something about the water on a call, that is between you and the contractor who is going to look at the system. We do not file it, we do not analyze it and we do not pass it to anybody who is selling treatment equipment.

The website itself

Static pages, no advertising trackers, no cookies of ours. Reading about pressure tanks here does not follow you to another site.

Getting it erased

Email hello@nxtaflow.com with the number you called from and ask. That number is the only handle on the record, which is the flip side of never having asked your name.

On a well, nobody else is going to notice it failing.If the pressure has gone or the pump is cycling, that is worth a call today rather than next week. We route to contractors who work on wells specifically and cover your area, matched on the ZIP code you give, and you are never charged. Nor does it have to be the well; any plumbing work is routed the same way.
